By accessing or using PingSLA's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
PingSLA provides uptime monitoring, alerting, status pages, and SLA tracking services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our monitoring platform. See our SLA documentation for specific guarantees and credit policies.
PingSLA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be disabled and data may be deleted after a retention period.
